Zepeto designs not downloading/uploading

Status Update 29 March: we have rolled out a fix. ZEPETO designs should work now. We are watching for errors. Please let us know if you run into issues

ZEPETO designs are currently not downloadable on Customuse. We are aware of the problem and are investigating. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for fixing it yet but will do it ASAP.

We will post updates in this topic

Update: we just rolled out a small update and ZEPETO outfits seem to be downloadable. We are still investigating. I successfully downloaded a ZEPETO design I just created.

Note that the existing designs might not be downloadable at the moment. Please try remixing them and downloading the new design!

Correction: it didn’t help, we are investigating further

I confirm, we see the same things. ZEPETO update is in the works right now, I will post an update as soon as I have it.

Hello! Im having problem with uploading the file in zepeto, It only shows this (In the pic)

Hi @hana ! Sorry that you ran into this problem, we are fixing it together with Zepeto designs not downloading/uploading - #2 by mirosh. We will keep you posted and hopefully will fix it asap

Could you please clarify what the problem is? So that I can help you.

It seems to me that there are 2 problems:

  1. Problem downloading ZEPETO designs (?)
  2. Something wrong with the Android version of Customuse?

We have just rolled out a fix for this and are watching the situation carefully.

@Sasinli , @themustach3 , @hana , could you please check how it works on your side? I managed to remix, download and successfully upload one of my designs to ZEPETO. Waiting for ZEPETO review now.

NOTE: You might need to create another remix for it to work.

Hi @DSB12234 ! I am sorry that you ran into this problem again, we should have fixed it some time ago. I tested just now and it worked for me.

Let me try to help you. Could you please try the following:

  1. Remix again the design you are trying to download, publish it and try to download it again
  2. If it still fails, could you please share a link to your design with me? (DM maybe). I will investigate
